Jason did the most amazing job with the renovation of my husband’s bathroom. He his very professional and dedicated to his craft. His knowledge was taped into often when decisions had to made quickly and was able to pivot when problems arose. I would highly recommend Jason.

We recently had our bathroom renovated by Area 250 and are very happy with the result. They worked with a designer on the project, and the bathroom turned out beautiful, cozy, and very functional for everyday use. Jason coordinated everything well and paid attention to the details. The quote was accurate, and the timeline was arranged and managed well. Overall, the process felt smooth and organized, and we’d happily recommend Area 250.

I hired Area 250 Renovations to do a full down to the studs renovation in my kitchen and bathroom. All new kitchen appliances, cupboards, countertops and extensive tiling in the shower room. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. A standard-sized refrigerator would not fit in the narrow kitchen space, so they developed an innovative design solution that not only fit the appliance perfectly but actually improved the overall flow and functionality of the kitchen. The bathroom renovation is absolutely beautiful. They managed to preserve the character while updating the functionality of the home. What impressed us most was how they supported us through a family tragedy that occurred mid-project. They were incredibly empathetic about our situation while remaining professional throughout. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and professional contracting services. I will definitely work with them again on future projects.

Jason and his team restored and renovated our kitchen, bathroom and home office following a flood in our character home. His attention to detail, communication. and professionalism were exceptional. The finishing team ensured that the new space fit with the rest of the house and restored every surface in adjacent rooms to its original character. His work was on time and of the highest quality. During reconstruction Jason discovered some structural issues with our character home and worked closely with us to find a workable, long term solution. On several occasions Jason and his team worked very late and on weekends to meet our timeline. We are extremely pleased with how everything turned out and can strongly recommend Jason and Area 250 Renovations without hesitation.
