Kitchen Renovation – Red Range

What was it like way back in 1913? “In all Victoria’s history, there never was such a year as 1913,” historian James K. Nesbitt wrote more than half a century ago.
THE PROCESS
The process started out with a design consultation outlining the new layout and initial finishes selection.
The space was being transformed to accommodate a young growing family and their need for additional living space.
Once the design was finalized, we worked with our clients to choose the finishing materials and placed the material orders with our local suppliers.
WE USED:
The kitchen was produced using Birch Plywood Boxes and the cabinet doors, gables and related panels were a High-Pressure Laminate Coastal Shaker Style. We used “Blum” soft close door hinges, “Grass” under-mount soft close drawer slides. The countertops selected were quartz material, supplied from Fir Stone Inc., located in Vancouver.
The hardwood was vintage reclaimed Fir material and was sanded, stained and sealed onsite. The new tile floors were installed using a Ditra Heat Membrane and Nu Heat controls.
