Games Room Renovation

This is always a difficult task, as many floors will fade and discolor over time. We found a great match at one of our local suppliers and therefore did not have to replace or refinish the entire floor covering.
Our client wanted to have a room for his new pool table, complete with dim-able LED pot-lights. Area 250 Renovations took the unfinished space and turned it into a bright and open space, complete with custom stained oak door jams and flooring transition, both of which are meant to accent the transition from the old house to the new games room.
We installed new baseboards and casings as well as a new coat of paint throughout. Our client bought his new pool table and we enjoyed a game of snooker together. (I let him win). A simple renovation, but one that produced the space our client had dreamed about.
