Area (250) Renovations has a trusted network of sub trades and skilled workers. Together we can complete your small bathroom renovation, finish your basement, repaint your home or complete an entire house remodel. We only work with licensed plumbers, electricians and professional trades people.

ABOUT THE OWNER
Born and raised north of Toronto. Jason started his career at Century Craft Custom Home Builders where he first learned the business of custom homes, renovations and fine craftsmanship. Moving forward, Jason continued working as a carpenter and spent several years building movie sets. Complex, detailed and creative building techniques are some of the many skills honed during this time in Jason’s career.
After starting a family, Jason left the movie business and joined the management team at Streetcar Developments Inc. where he spent 10 years as a Finishing Super/Customer Service Manager. Jason was involved in several mixed-use projects (residential & commercial). These projects saw the creation and completion of hundreds of residential units which included condominiums, town-homes, custom built commercial units and some fascinating heritage building renovations. From initial excavation to the last coat of paint. Satisfied customers became known as Jason’s specialty!
Finally landing in Victoria, in 2016, Jason joined the team at Dogwood Ltd. where he helped complete a variety of commercial renovations and building projects for many national brands and local businesses, including CBRE, Best Buy, Scotia Bank, Cactus Club and H&M to name a few. Jason enjoyed his time at Dogwood and enjoyed traveling all around Vancouver Island. After a couple of short years of service with Dogwood Ltd., the decision was made to open up shop and offer his skills and dedication to his very own group of clients.
Jason has spent many years accumulating a wide range of construction skills and has developed several personal real estate projects, including a custom-built home in 2010
